  • Full-Time 

  • 8 hour shifts

  • Monday-Friday

Requirements:

  • Can communicate and connect with people effectively via phone, in-person, & digitally

  • Data entry and spreadsheet experience

  • Computer skills - google documents, excel and other softwares. 

  • Creating content for social media and job posting

  • Prior office administrative experience

  • Someone who’s highly motivated, able to connect with people quickly, and strives for excellence

  • Must pass a background check

Description Of Duties:  

  • Manage office to ensure the company meets profitability goals while providing an exceptional experience to all clients, exceeding their expectations. 

  • Ensure all Top Tier Renovations employees and Subcontractors are communicating with customers in a professional and appropriate manner. 

  • Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture 

  • Daily data entry. 

  • Maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, forecasts, and billings.

  • Assist the owner in completing necessary tasks 

  • Past due AR maintained to <5% of total AR out at all times 

  • Expense tracking maintained and reports completed monthly. 

  • Enter jobs into JCC Pipeline spreadsheet 

  • Daily updates to all required administrative tracking system 

  • Assist in building SOP’s 

  • Entering data in spreadsheets 

  • Enter all monthly data in Income Statement Spreadsheet

Deliverables: 

  1. Customer Service First point of contact with Top Tier – ensure customers have a pleasant first experience Reply to all emails in a 24 hour time period Help maintain 5 star and A ratings across online review sites 

  2. Schedule and confirm leads 98% of phone calls answered Return phone calls to clients within 60 minutes. Qualify leads over the phone by following the Top Tier SOP Setting up appointments using Google Calendar 

  3. Data entry for customer relations, estimates, leads, and completed jobs
